libgnomeui-0-dbg software package provides GNOME user interface library - debugging symbols, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgnomeui-0-dbg
libgnomeui-0-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgnomeui-0-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgnomeui-0-dbg *
You will get with libgnomeui-0-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
